If this bill passes Florida farmers will not be able to grow hemp with the limitations of THC that would be imposed, manufacturers will not be able to legally hold the concentrated extract that is diluted to make full spectrum CBD oil. The milligram limits will make the products ineffective and package
limitations are not reasonable at 10mg per package.
